What we collect
We may collect the following information:
What we do with the information we gather
We require this information to understand your needs and provide you with a better service. This includes, but is not limited to:
Services involving user authentication and authorisation
For certain functionalities and features provided by Axium, it may be required for the user to authenticate and authorise using external OAuth2 providers.
For access to certain media services, a user may need to provide Axium with authorisation. In such cases Axium will store and use the authorisation tokens/credentials securely.
For access to voice services such as Google Assistant and Amazon Alexa, Google Sign-in and Login with Amazon are used to associate user accounts with Axium systems. Axium does not cache the tokens/credentials provided by these services. The only use Axium makes of them is for the verification of user identity used to link the user with the Axium system in which the authentication is performed with.
Similarly for other Axium provided services, a user's identity can be associated to a resource hosted in the Axium managed cloud. Further access to the resource is then limited to operations first requiring user authentication for which the above services are utilised.
In all such cases where the user identity may be stored and used, it is abstracted from any publicly accessible means, and it is additionally void of any personal information or otherwise identifiable traits. Axium will never share a user identity with third parties.
We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.
We use IP addresses to analyse trends, administer the site, track users movement, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information.
We may share aggregated demographic information with our partners and advertisers. This is not linked to any personal information that can identify any individual person.
We may partner with another party to provide specific services. When the user signs up for these services, we may share names, or other contact information that is necessary for the third party to provide these services.
These parties are not allowed to use personally identifiable information except for the purpose of providing these services.
